This is heavily an administrative/clerical nursing position. Your duties will include:Coordinating with resident doctors, home health, and hospice agencies to ensure continuity of care.Managing resident medication orders and resolving errors.Overseeing and tailoring resident care plans to optimize their care.Investigating and submitting resident incident reports.Answering resident's families questions and addressing concerns.Rotating on-call.Qualifications:Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.Compassionate and caring nature.Strong interpersonal and communication skills--ability to work strongly as a team.Ability to navigate a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Still Undecided?Working as a nurse at a Stellar Senior Living community offers a unique set of advantages.
