Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic supply chain team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules, customer demand, and inventory objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing, supplier management, inventory planning, and ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and procurement reports to identify material requirements. Plan, place, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and production supplies. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to monitor inventory, track orders, and support procurement decisions. Partner closely with Production, Planning, Operations, and Warehouse teams to align purchasing activities with manufacturing schedules. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in: Procurement Purchasing Sourcing Supply Planning Experience analyzing reports and making purchasing decisions Strong supplier communication and negotiation experience Experience with ERP/MRP systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a hybrid/on‑site environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
