Production Operator

Position Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced food production environment. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and prepare materials prior to job execution
• Operate manufacturing machinery to support production processes
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure safe, efficient operation
• Perform routine inspections to identify malfunctions, wear, or needed repairs
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality standards at all times
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and environmental practices
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or production issues immediately
• Support production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production line environment
• Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety compliance

Schedule

Multiple shifts available:

• 1st: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2nd: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
