Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time | Onsite – Crystal Lake, IL

RITA Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL.

In this role, you'll work closely with our technical sales team and internal departments to manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in a business-to-business (B2B) office environment, is comfortable working with ERP systems, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Please note: This is an administrative office position focused on B2B sales support and order management. It is not a retail or call center role.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and technical sales representatives regarding orders, pricing, product information, and availability.
• Accurately enter, process, and manage customer sales orders using our ERP system.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve order-related issues.
• Assist customers with questions, returns, complaints, and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer information, order records, and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to support retention and sales growth.
• Prepare sales reports, complete customer questionnaires, and assist with other sales-related administrative tasks.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is performed in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing within a B2B office environment.

•Experience working with ERP software and processing customer orders.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

•Strong attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy.

•Ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environment.

•Experience managing customer accounts, inventory inquiries, and order fulfillment.

•Additional education or relevant certifications.
