About the Role Join ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as a Surgical Dental Assistant. You will support our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life‑changing dental implant procedures while growing your career in a patient‑centered environment. Job Type & Compensation Full‑time. Collaborative culture focused on patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures. Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area. Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures. Ensure patient comfort, monitor well‑being, and educate on pre‑ and post‑operative care. Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection‑control protocols. Take dental X‑rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed. Assist with medical clearances and patient record management. Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed. Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications Previous experience as a surgical assistant required. Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements. Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision. Self‑starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
