In this role, you will be responsible for producing defect‑free parts on time and at the lowest possible cost, while minimizing environmental impact through waste reduction and exposure prevention.We are looking for a results-driven individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Compensation & Schedule Pay Range: $24 - $35per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) Shift: Weekend Shift Weekend Shift - Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm -Employees work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek- 20% Shift Differential $3,000 sign-on bonus for WeekendMachine Operators Key Responsibilities Understand and execute to a set of specified instructions (sequenced based control, work instructions, drawings, etc.) Execute proper start-up and shutdown of machine. Set-up, load and operate brake or punch press to planned arrangements. Evaluate, correct, and take actions necessary to prevent external quality (size & defects) issues. Select (grinders, abrasives, etc.) and utilize a variety of metal finishing tools to meet specified surface requirements. Utilize a variety of material lifting devices (cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, etc.) Utilize a variety of material control devices (fixtures, templates, etc.) Always Work responsibly and safely. Marginal Job Functions: Perform additional activities of execution as required. Participate in the plan to organize, control and maintain the work environment. Read and write in English for Operational Functionsand Preventative Maintenance. Qualifications: Entry Level Welcome: No prior experience is required—we will provide training!
