Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

We are seeking an associate attorney with experience defending medical malpractice claims. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–5 years of experience defending medical malpractice claims to join our growing Florida defense practice. This is a primarily onsite role; while some hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days, it is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Why join us? Florida Bar admission required. Strong skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial preparation. Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail.
