Senior Policy Counsel: Democracy Reform & Racial Equity

Demos seeks a Senior Policy Counsel to join its high impact legal team. The successful candidate will bring strong racial equity analysis and policy experience to Demos’ Democracy Reform work, advising the legal team and working across policy, research, and movement-building teams.
