Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurse for a facility located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This position offers night shifts providing specialized inpatient care for patients undergoing treatments related to blood disorders and cancer. Candidates with experience in oncology units are preferred; however, experience on oncology floors is sufficient. The role involves supporting patients with complex care needs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with weekly orientation on Mondays.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and orientation availability on Mondays. Candidates must have been separated from their previous healthcare organization for at least 6 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with oncology patients or floors. No specific certifications required, but oncology experience is advantageous.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position requires working on a hem/onc unit that provides inpatient care for patients with blood disorders and cancer. Facility only accepts candidates who are available for weekly orientation sessions and meet the separation requirement from a previous healthcare organization.
