• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,840 - $8,110
• Shift Duration: 8-hour evenings
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and rotating call
• Patient Volume: Approximately 16-20 patient visits per day
• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of hospitalist or comparable inpatient experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain flexible for varied day, night, and weekend coverage
• Comfort working in a closed ICU environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to participate in rotating call
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized patients in a hospital medicine setting
• Manage a daily census of approximately 16-20 patient visits
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes
• Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with physicians in training
• Partner with hospital leadership and colleagues on quality improvement, education, and operations
• Work within a closed ICU environment without procedural requirements
• Deliver dependable coverage across scheduled shifts, including rotating call as needed
