Our Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians function as a team to manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care in a way that maximizes both continuity-of-care and safety.Hibiscus Women's Center is a single-specialty practice established in 1995 by Rebecca Wagaman.
