Works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and quality outcomes. Identifies and resolves patterns of variance having a negative quality, clinical and financial impact. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact with a minimum of two (2) years related experience
• ACLS/PALS may be required within one (1) year of employment (unit specific)
• TNCC or TCAR may be required with one (1) year of employment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• BSN preferred
• BLS certification preferred and required within sixty (60) days of employment
