Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will be instrumental in shaping the therapeutic journeys of your clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Engaging in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate effective, comprehensive care for patients.

• Facilitating peer consultations and case review meetings to elevate the standard of care and share insights with fellow clinicians.

• Offering psychoeducation and support to clients and their families about mental health options, treatment plans, and available community resources.
