Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and compliance
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs while fostering a collaborative environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to achieve the best outcomes
Maintain a safe, compliant environment following all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active state PT license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
A genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life

Education

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
Accurate clinical documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education
Compliance with safety and infection control standards
