Senior Program Manager_Onshore

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead and manage multiple projects and strategic programs simultaneously.
Define program scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
Ensure successful execution and delivery of programs within agreed timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for program communication and updates.
Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive presentations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Governance
Establish and improve program management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
Implement reporting mechanisms and KPIs to measure program success.
Risk & Change Management
Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage change requests and evolving business priorities effectively.
Escalate critical issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Agile & Delivery Management
Support Agile methodologies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management.
Coordinate across distributed and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Track dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations Management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Experience managing technical or enterprise-level programs.
Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
Experience working with global or remote teams.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
