Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Monica, CA. The General Manager oversees daily center operations, ensuring that offices, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms are professionally maintained and ready for client use. Responsibilities include managing and coaching on-site staff, supervising client onboarding and support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires monitoring occupancy and revenue targets, implementing local marketing and sales initiatives, and handling lease renewals, upselling services, and managing budgeting and expense control. The General Manager also coordinates vendor relationships, ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards, and reports performance metrics to regional leadership. Qualifications Operational management skills, including center oversight, workflow optimization, and vendor coordination. Customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain long-term client satisfaction. Sales and marketing abilities, such as prospecting, networking, local outreach, and upselling workspace and service solutions. Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, expense control, and tracking occupancy and revenue performance. Leadership and people management skills, including staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with common office software and CRM or reservation tools. Ability to work on-site in Santa Monica, CA, with a hands‑on, detail-oriented approach and strong time-management skills. Previous experience in hospitality, coworking, property management, or office services management preferred; bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
