Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning / Deer Park NY(Operations) Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our field operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing cleaning crews, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning technicians (50+ staff) Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and deployment of cleaning crews Perform regular site inspections and quality control audits Maintain strong client relationships and promptly resolve any service issues Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Recruit, hire, train, and retain quality cleaning staff, supervisors and managers Control labor costs while upholding high service standards Identify and implement process improvements Prepare operational reports and performance metrics Respond to urgent client needs (occasional after-hours availability required) Qualifications 4+ years of operations management experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facilities maintenance (required) Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Additional Information This job reports to the Owner / Director of Operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
