Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) – Travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 11/30/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: 1,600–1,714 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days with daytime hours (08:00–16:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This travel opening is facilitated by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Note: Agencies must have NM caregivers account.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the OT in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities for residents, focusing on activities of daily living and functional skills.
- Assist with routine tasks under supervision, document progress, and report changes in patient condition to the supervising OT.
- Support objective data collection, prep for evaluations as directed, and assist with discharge planning and goal tracking per plan of care.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control practices; ensure proper use and care of therapy equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the interprofessional team (nurses, therapists, and case managers) to coordinate care and participate in care plan discussions as needed.
- Note: Agencies must have NM caregivers account.

- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment
- Willingness to commit to 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Daytime schedule available: 08:00–16:30, with 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel to and work on-site in Albuquerque, NM
