Job Summary

Bay Management Group is hiring a Delinquency Specialist to manage rent collections, evictions, and compliance across a growing residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with property management, collections, or eviction experience who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant delinquency, rent collections, and payment tracking
• File and coordinate evictions, legal notices, and court scheduling
• Work with third-party vendors for filings and collections processing
• Attend court hearings on behalf of property management
• Maintain accurate records and track compliance requirements
• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of delinquency, collections, or property management experience
• Experience handling evictions and court processes preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Experience with eWrit is a plus
