Hospice Bereavement Counselor: Compassionate Support

Chapters Health System in Florida Ocala seeks a Bereavement Counselor to provide individual and group counseling for hospice patients, families and community members who have experienced loss. You will maintain timely documentation, manage caseloads, perform on‑call crisis support, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while showing professionalism and integrity.
Education requirements vary by hire date: if hired after 5/26/2024 a master’s degree is required; otherwise a bachelor’s
