In this permanent school-based nurse position, you will work closely with a collaborative team including an RN and another LPN, supporting the general student population—primarily managing low-acuity needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN or LVN license with good standing.
• School or pediatric nursing background preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and decision-making capability.
• Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide basic first aid and routine care for students throughout the school day.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with licensing scope.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records.
• Support immunization tracking and health compliance among students.
• Complete required documentation efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the smooth operation of daily health office activities, staying attentive to students’ ongoing needs.
