Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to support a financial services office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with receptionist, administrative, or office support experience who enjoy working in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks including:
- Filing
- Data entry
- Document preparation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency with:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Word
- Excel

- Experience in:
- Financial services
- Banking
- Professional office environments
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
