Position Summary:


The Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in assisting pharmacists with medication preparation, storage, distribution, and inventory management. This position ensures accuracy in medication labeling, packaging, and charging systems, while maintaining a focus on safety and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with storing, labeling, packaging, and distributing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Maintain accurate records for medication handling and patient charging systems
• Deliver medications and supplies to various hospital departments
• Support inventory control and restocking processes
• Participate in departmental safety and emergency drills as needed
• Work cooperatively with pharmacists, nursing staff, and ancillary departments
• Uphold hospital values and contribute to a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED - Required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician - Required
• 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience in a healthcare setting - Preferred
