The Facilitator Program at Presence provides trained onsite support staff who escort students to and from teletherapy sessions, support session readiness, and help ensure seamless service delivery within schools. As the Facilitator Program Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Presence’s facilitator program supporting the school district. This coordinator role is responsible for facilitator scheduling, onsite program coordination, school-site readiness, and day-to-day operational support to ensure teletherapy services run without disruption. This is a non-exempt, hourly position based in the Fresno, CA area. While many coordination responsibilities may be completed remotely, this role requires regular onsite support across multiple school sites and availability during the school day to support facilitator coverage and operational needs. Primary Responsibilities Build and manage schedules for ~30 facilitators across multiple school sites Maintain a bench of backup facilitators to ensure continuous coverage Proactively resolve absences, gaps, and last‑minute changes Coordinate day‑of coverage needs to ensure uninterrupted onsite student support Program Coordination & Operations Serve as the day‑to‑day owner of facilitator operations in school district Coordinate communication across facilitators, clinicians, and school staff Monitor program performance and address operational needs in real time Escalate risks and challenges to Presence leadership when appropriate Program Readiness & Onboarding Coordinate onboarding and training for new facilitators Support completion of district requirements Ensure readiness of facilitator equipment and therapy spaces ahead of the school year Ensure all facilitator equipment and therapy spaces remain operational across sites Troubleshoot or coordinate resolution of technology issues impacting service delivery Support onsite setup and readiness needs during the school year Onsite Support Travel between Fresno Unified school sites to support facilitators and operational needs Step in to provide direct facilitator coverage, as needed Maintain availability during school hours to support urgent onsite coverage needs What Are We Looking For? Experience Experience coordinating schedules, operations, or teams across multiple sites Background in education, school-based services, or youth programs preferred Experience supporting field-based or distributed teams is a plus Skills Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable troubleshooting technology and resolving issues quickly Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) Experience using scheduling or workforce management platforms preferred Proactive, dependable, and solution‑oriented Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity Additional Requirements Typical schedule aligned to school-day operations (approx. Monday–Friday, 7‑4) Hybrid role consisting of remote coordination work and onsite school support responsibilities Ability to travel between school sites, including same-day travel Reliable transportation required Where is this position located?
