Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a private family office. This position centers on full-charge bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple individuals and entities, along with administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable operating in a polished, private office setting. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping for multiple family members and business entities. Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Reconcile bank and credit accounts monthly. Prepare routine financial reports and assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking. Process payroll for household and office employees. Support annual tax filings in coordination with external accountants. Maintain organized digital and physical financial records. Support investment reporting and documentation. Administrative tasks such as mail and scheduling as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Familiarity with platforms such as Bill.com or Xero is a plus. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office or other major accounting packages. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability. Discretion and sound judgment in a confidential environment. Professional demeanor and comfort working in a small, onsite team.
