Inventory Control Associate

What You'll Do as an Inventory Control Associate:
- Support production staff with inventory scanning and troubleshooting questions
- Reconcile assembly orders and investigate inventory variances
- Correct inventory discrepancies following established procedures
- Train employees on inventory scanning systems and provide feedback on errors
- Assist receiving team to ensure accurate material intake and system entry
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper system updates and tracking
- Collaborate with quality team to manage recalls, holds, and related issues
What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Control Associate Role:
- Experience in inventory management systems or ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain organization, attention to detail, and multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual ability a plus
- Ability to work with urgency, accountability, and as part of a team
- Ability to perform basic math, use computer systems, and work in an office or manufacturing setting
