We’re hiring a

fluent Bilingual Spanish/English Clinical Coordinator

with scheduling or coordination experience in

healthcare, hospitals, home health, or home care . If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! $22–$25/hour | Weekly Pay On-Site:

148 39th St., Brooklyn, NY 11232 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Bilingual Spanish/English required.

What You'll Do: Coordinates client and employee schedules by understanding care plans, ordered frequency, and schedules patients/clients with the appropriate clinical team member(s). Positively communicates with patients/clients and family, encouraging them to ask questions and helping them explore ideas and ways to improve their Help at Home experience creating Great Starts, Meaning Moments, and Great Days! Communicates with patients/clients regarding satisfaction with employees and service. Nurtures and maintains positive relationships with patients/clients. Identifies opportunities to improve services to patients/clients, new and existing, using positive customer service techniques. Reports situations involving complaints, incidents, or risk and injuries to employees immediately to the Clinical Manager. Communicates regularly with direct care employees, noting good work performance, identifying problems, and communicating issues to the Clinical Manager. Develops strong working relationships with patient/clients, field staff, internal ancillary office staff, case managers, and referral sources. Creates and modifies system schedules accurately and timely, always maintaining up-to-date. Runs reports from the system to enhance effectiveness of care delivery as required. Participates in staff meetings and may provide reports in preparation for team conferences or as otherwise directed by the Clinical Manager/Director of Clinical Services. Monitoring completion of visits and completed documentation and notifying Clinical Manager regarding any untoward trends identified.

What You'll Bring: Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal communication skills, primarily on the telephone Mature demeanor needed for directing others on cases Better than average ability to use standard Microsoft Office software and scheduling software Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, HHAexchange.com Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the health field or medical office environment. Previous experience in schedule coordination, preferred. Previous experience with working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for this population. Physical Requirements: Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
