Data Center Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Recruiter to support hiring for AI infrastructure and related technical teams. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring talent across data center operations, engineering, construction, and infrastructure functions that enable large-scale AI deployments.

The ideal candidate is based on the West Coast, works primarily in the Pacific Time Zone, and is preferably located in the Seattle area.

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for data center and AI infrastructure roles.
• Develop proactive pipelines for critical roles, including data center operations, facilities engineering, network infrastructure, power and cooling specialists, construction managers, and related technical positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
• Leverage recruiting analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Help scale hiring efforts for organizations expanding AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant exposure to data center, cloud infrastructure, networking, critical facilities, power/cooling, construction/commissioning, or AI infrastructure hiring.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for technical and operational infrastructure roles.
• Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting fundamentals: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and pipeline analytics.
• Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
