Acquisitions Analyst

The Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for supporting the medical acquisitions team through targeted owner outreach, market intelligence, data analytics, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining a prospect list, direct marketing outreach to property owners and brokers, and utilizing Company's proprietary in-depth market research and analytics to uncover potential investment opportunities. This position will be based in the Los Angeles, CA office and will require occasional overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain prospecting database and target property lists. Initial acquisition target markets include SoCal, NorCal, Pacific Northwest, Mountain States, and the Southwest.
• Conduct cold outreach and follow up to property owners via cold calling, email, direct mail, and other communication channels to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and market activity. Utilize Company software such as Costar and ReVista.
• Maintain Company CRM and comp database for both sale comps and lease comps.
• Support marketing campaigns including mass email blasts, physical mailers, and all other marketing efforts.
• Assist with miscellaneous business development, corporate finance, and marketing tasks to increase deal flow and operational efficiency.
• Participate on strategy sessions and underwriting sessions with financial analysts
• Attend select property tours of prospective acquisition opportunities
• Review due diligence materials, including leases, operation expenses, and capital budgets.
• Assist with medical development projects, including site or building searches, when requested by Company.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Bachelors degree with a quantitative focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, capital markets or investing.
• Self-starter with the ability to be detail orientated.
• Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, AI software (CoPilot, Chat GPT, Claude), and Word.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks.

Benefits:

• Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year
• Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
