CNC Machinist Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine 3+ years of CNC machining experience. Proven ability with machine setup and programming. Strong knowledge of G-code and machining processes. Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 80%. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-axis CNC machines. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. Background in manufacturing or energy industries.

The Shift. The Grit and Skill. Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts to exact specifications. Perform full machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and calibration. Program machines using G-code or conversational programming. Travel to various locations to support machining and field service operations. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and tolerances. Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Follow all safety standards and operational guidelines.
