Qualifications: 1+ years experience in patient-facing, medical, or customer service role preferred Strong communication skills with a passion for creating a welcoming, elevated experience Experience with scheduling, patient intake, and coordinating care plans Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.
