Senior Lead Product Manager, Data Platform & Analytics [Remote]

This role sits at the center of a large-scale data transformation initiative within a fast-growing enterprise software environment.
You will define and drive the vision for a unified, multi-tenant data platform powering analytics across multiple product lines.
Your work will turn fragmented operational data into scalable insights, predictive intelligence, and customer-facing analytics products.
You will collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to shape how data is structured, governed, and monetized.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional leadership role with direct impact on product innovation and commercial growth.
It requires strong platform thinking, commercial ownership, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for a unified data platform and analytics ecosystem spanning multiple product lines and business units.
• Build and evolve a roadmap covering embedded analytics, advanced dashboards, Data Lake-as-a-Service, and AI/ML-driven predictive capabilities.
• Establish scalable data architecture principles including ingestion frameworks, standardized schemas, semantic layers, and data contracts.
• Drive commercialization strategy for analytics products, including packaging, pricing, and monetization models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable go-to-market execution, demos, and customer adoption.
• Collaborate across teams to align data governance, ensure platform consistency, and prevent fragmented or conflicting data logic.
• Engage with customers to identify high-value analytics use cases such as forecasting, optimization, and predictive insights.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Proven success in launching and scaling data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise analytics products.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, semantic modeling, and multi-tenant systems.
• Experience defining commercial strategies, including pricing, packaging, and ROI-driven product positioning.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional, or matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Preferred: experience with AWS data stack (S3, Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight), industrial or process manufacturing domains, and applied AI/ML use cases.
