Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems. Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards. Develop AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation. Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and innovation. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems. Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++. Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance. Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity. Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes. Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold engineering excellence and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 6 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
