Job Summary

We are hiring multiple candidates for a confidential aerospace and precision manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga CA. These openings are ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, grinding, deburring, sanding, polishing, surface finishing, part handling, machine support, or general hands-on production work.

Open positions may include :

• Grinder I
• Surface Finishing Technician I / II
• Production Technician I

Candidates will be matched to the best-fit role based on their experience, skill set, shift availability, and pay expectations.

Pay Range by Role

• Production Technician I: $18.74–$25.19/hour
• Surface Finishing Technician I: $20.55–$27.17/hour
• Grinder I: $20.68–$28.38/hour

Final pay will depend on experience, role, shift, and client approval.

Responsibilities

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Perform manufacturing, production, finishing, or part-processing support tasks.
• Grind, deburr, sand, polish, blend, or finish metal parts and components.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, or surface imperfections.
• Prepare parts for downstream production, inspection, coating, or finishing processes.
• Inspect parts visually for surface defects, burrs, damage, or workmanship issues.
• Support part handling, production documentation, machine loading/unloading, or general production needs.
• Use hand tools, grinders, sanders, abrasive pads, files, or other production/finishing tools.
• Follow work instructions, job travelers, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report quality issues, damaged parts, material concerns, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have one or more of the following:

• Manufacturing, production, machine shop, or hands-on work experience.
• Grinding, deburring, sanding, polishing, blending, or surface finishing experience.
• Experience working with metal parts, machined components, aerospace parts, or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to use hand tools, grinders, sanders, files, abrasive pads, or basic production tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Precision manufacturing or machine shop experience.
• Surface finishing, grinding, deburring, polishing, sanding, or blending experience.
• Experience performing visual inspection of parts.
• Experience using basic measuring tools, work orders, job travelers, or production paperwork.
• Experience with metal parts, castings, machined parts, or small components.

Schedule

1st and 2nd shift openings may be available. Candidates must be able to work in Fullerton, CA and commit to the assigned schedule once selected.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move, push, pull, and handle parts or materials as needed.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Comfortable working around machinery, tools, production equipment, and manufacturing noise.
• Ability to wear required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
