Job Details Location: Main - Fremont, OH 43420 Salary Range: $120,000.00 Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner at Community Health Services – 2221 Hayes Avenue in Fremont. Outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate FNP who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients, including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting. $120,000 base salary, no RVU's and paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC) – up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.
