MDS Coordinator

Olathe is expanding its clinical team and has two immediate openings for detail-driven MDS Coordinators to ensure accurate assessments and optimal facility reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Accurately complete and transmit MDS assessments within required timeframes. Collaborate with the IDT to ensure care plans align with MDS coding and resident needs. Review clinical charts for completeness and accuracy to support PDPM classification. Assist with survey preparation and respond to state/federal inquiries. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in Kansas (RN preferred). 1+ years of hands‑on MDS experience in a skilled nursing environment.
