B2C DIRECTOR

We're looking for a results-driven B2C Director to lead sales strategy and revenue projections across our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategic planning with hands‑on analysis of sales performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end B2C sales strategy across all e-commerce platforms, aligning with overall company growth targets Build and maintain accurate sales projections and forecasting models to guide budgeting, inventory, and marketing decisions Analyze e-commerce performance data (conversion rates, AOV, CAC, LTV, channel mix) to identify growth levers and risk areas Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Merchandising teams to align promotional calendars with sales targets Set and track KPIs for the B2C sales function, reporting results and insights to senior leadership Identify and evaluate new e-commerce channels, marketplaces, or partnerships to expand reach Lead pricing strategy and promotional planning in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders Manage and mentor a team of sales analysts/coordinators supporting B2C initiatives Present sales performance, projections, and strategic recommendations in leadership and business review meetings QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in B2C sales, e-commerce, or revenue strategy roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity Proven track record of building sales forecasts/projections and translating data into actionable strategy Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet modeling; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) a plus Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or similar) and D2C sales dynamics Experience presenting to executive leadership with polished, data-driven materials Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Kramer America, Inc. | Smartliner USA
