Project Manager

CM&B is growing, and we’re looking to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients, and leading teams from preconstruction through closeout. What you’ll do: Lead projects through all phases-preconstruction, construction, and closeout Manage schedules, budgets, and overall project performance Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep work moving forward Oversee contracts, permitting, and subcontractor procurement Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and cost control Provide clear communication and maintain strong client relationships What we’re looking for: Experience managing diverse commercial construction projects, including hospitality, retail, grocery, and science & technology. Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities Strong communication and problem‑solving skills A proactive, team‑oriented approach At CM&B, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values accountability, communication, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
