Job Description

Flamme Burger Indy is looking for a friendly and energetic Assistant Manager and Server to join our team!

For Servers, we Tip Out in CASH Daily (on credit card tips too).

As an Assistant Manager, the perfect candidate will help lead the Front of the House in all aspects of the day-to-day business. From opening the restaurant to close of day. The ultimate "Utility Player" that helps ensure perfect service for our guests. We are a team, where we all do "everything" to ensure complete satisfaction.

As a Server, you'll provide focused, high-level customer service, take orders, run food (with assistance from Guest Services and Management Thursday - Sunday), and ensure our guests have a great dining experience. Pre-Bussing tables, helping our Guest Experience Team expo food is a required part of the position. We thrive as a team!

This is a "combo" position, where some shifts you will be a manager to the front of the house, and other days you will be a server.

Flamme Burger is a scratch kitchen, a true "food first" restaurant with a myopic focus on the highest quality food and service.

We are seeking Team Players with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We hustle! It's truly a fun environment with an absolutely GREAT TEAM in place. We move fast and focus on perfection...from the kitchen, to every table. Prior experience is a HUGE Plus for this position.

As the owner, I'm on-site daily...here to help everyone in the restaurant (from my team to every guest that walks in the door).

Must be licensed in Indiana to serve alcoholic beverages.

Ability to work days, nights and weekends is required.

We are open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
