Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support a school district in the Glendale / Peoria area of Arizona (AZ) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based OT who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to help students develop the functional skills necessary for academic success and independence.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and comprehensive assessments
\n
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
\n
• Develop measurable, functional IEP goals aligned with student needs
\n
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
\n
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-regulation, and functional classroom participation
\n
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodation
\n
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
\n
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
\n

\n

Qualifications :

\n

\n
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
\n
• Active State Occupational Therapist License
\n
• NBCOT certification required
\n
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
\n
• Prior school-based experience preferred
\n
