Clinical Safety Coordinator

This Clinical Safety Coordinator role supports the day-to-day operations of clinical studies conducted by BD's Peripheral Intervention business unit. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance and quality standards across safety-related activities, coordinating between clinical sites and internal stakeholders, managing trial documentation, and preparing safety-related study documents. The position ensures studies meet regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support for Clinical Safety management activities in BDPI clinical studies
• Ensure quality and compliance with GCP, study protocols, and applicable regulations for safety activities
• Maintain Trial Master File documentation and conduct study-level audits for accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigational sites, medical monitors, and cross-functional teams
• Support creation of safety-related study documents including Clinical Safety Plans and committee charters

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or healthcare field
• 1+ years clinical research experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors
• Ability to travel up to 10% or more during peak periods
