We're looking for a skilled Fleet Mechanic to keep our diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment running safely and reliably — including Ram, Isuzu, and Toyota trucks, dump trucks, trailers, and small engine equipment.What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and small engine equipmentDiagnose and repair pickup trucks, dump trucks, box trucks, trailers, and equipment like weed eaters, blowers, and mowersConduct quality inspections and audits on trucks, trailers, and equipmentEnforce DOT compliance and ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and inspections stay currentMaintain a clean, organized shop and manage an inventory systemWork with the Director of Fleet and Facilities on the yard, budgets, and equipment purchasing decisionsWhat You Need3+ years of experience as a mechanic on fleet vehicles and small engine equipmentProficient with basic vehicle mechanics and diagnostic toolsKnowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and fleet management softwareClean driving record and ability to drive a company truckComfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbsU.S. work authorization requiredBenefits: Medical (HDHP & PPO), Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Match, PTO & Paid Holidays, Life & Disability InsuranceReady to keep our fleet running and grow your career?
