We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Support operations by moving materials and inventory throughout the facilityConstruct packaging boxesPick merchandise and verify ordersLabel products and utilize a handheld scannerWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need: 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environmentTo be legally authorized to be employed in the United StatesKnowledge of warehouse management systemsAvailability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime as needed, which may include days, evenings, nights and/or weekendsIt'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalent2 years of experience as a material handlerThis job requires the ability to:Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights; lift up to 50 lbs.Sit, walk or stand for long periods of timeBend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pullHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsGXO adheres to CDC, OSHA and state and local requirements regarding COVID safety.
