Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred but NOT REQUIRED.l Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A SWING SHIFT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SWING SHIFT.
