Service Advisor Wanted - Join Our Amazing Automotive Repair Shop!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekends & Holidays Off!)

Compensation: Based on Experience + Benefits.

Are you a proven leader who knows how to keep customers happy and cars running right? Our busy 6-bay independent local, family owned auto repair shop is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who brings strong leadership, excellent customer service, and solid automotive knowledge to the table.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate our team of highly experienced technicians.
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care.
Write and manage accurate, detailed repair tickets.
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the shop.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Experience writing and managing auto repair orders.
Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.

Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!).
