Pay $19~$21 per hour Salary Details Full Time (average 36-40 hours per week), 4-5 days/week rotating schedule Employment Type Full-time Requirements Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Administration/Office setting: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Required) Job Description Responsibilities: Greeting patients as they enter the clinic and providing excellent customer service at each and every visit Answering the phone, Scheduling appointments, taking payments Answering messages, scanning documents and assisting with other front desk duties as needed Applicant must be professional and able to multi task with an outgoing personality set to give excellent customer service. Applicant must be able to present themselves professionally in their manner of dress, the way they speak and present themselves.
