Coordinator, Program Events & Community Support

COORDINATOR, PROGRAM EVENTS & COMMUNITY SUPPORT , Sloan MBA Program, plays a key role in building a strong, inclusive student community for MIT's top-tier global MBA Program. Under minimal supervision, will organize and execute 8+ major community building events (15-450 attendees); manage comprehensive office communications and oversee financial operations for budgets totaling $700K; work collaboratively across MIT and Sloan with managers, student leaders, and project owners to consistently deliver high-quality programming that serves 900+ MBA and MSMS students. Will plan, organize, and execute program-specific events from conception to completion; create and publish two weekly newsletters for 800+ subscribers using Adobe Creative Suite and SloanGroups; manage all financial transactions: vendor payments, purchase orders, SAP reconciliation, and budget tracking; oversee event registration, communications, and post-event evaluation; and coordinate with team members to create inclusive programming while ensuring operational excellence.
