Who You Are Positive, energetic, and passionate about the job Dedicated to working as a team Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques Strives to be the best in the industry Responsibilities Perform all services provided at Alchemy Face Bar (Injection therapy services are not required) Commit to safety and sanitation practices Attend continuing education classes Open and/or close the spa, stock individual stations, and maintain the spa Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients, guiding them in reaching their skincare goals Record detailed notes about guests, including allergies, medications, preferences, etc. Participate in Alchemy Face Bar events and pop‑ups Stand for extended periods and occasionally lift supplies The Must Haves Valid aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of Colorado Colorado Chemical Peel and Advanced Exfoliation certifications required Love to work with people in an open, collaborative environment Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques Maintain a professional look and demeanor while working Attendance, time management, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills The Benefits and Perks Commission based pay on service and product sales Health insurance package plans for full‑time team members Life insurance and pet insurance plans for full‑time employees 401(k) PTO Free continuous education within Alchemy Face Bar Opportunities for commission increases based on performance Generous discounts on services and products Focus on community involvement Fun, positive energy, laid‑back work environment Bonus opportunities Schedule and Compensation Part Time: Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays. Salary: Commission based on net services sales (28–30% starting rate) and product sales (10%), optional client gratuity (100%), full tips, and bonus opportunities. Estimated $40,000 – $60,000 annually. Physical Requirements Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 8–10 hours per shift. Lift and carry items up to 10–15 lbs on a regular basis. Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required with assistance or proper equipment. Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks related to the role.
