Chief Financial Officer Bobbitt Construction / Radius Builds | Cary, NC Are you ready to build something? Do you challenge the numbers instead of simply reporting them? You'll partner directly with our CEO and Board to drive financial strategy, strengthen our ESOP, evaluate growth and acquisition opportunities, and build the systems and team to take us forward. Do you like a scoreboard? Good. So do we. Growth. Margin. Cash. Forecasting. ESOP value. Strategic execution. You'll know what winning looks likeand you'll have the autonomy to go after it. Do you have the experience to back it up? 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years at the CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent level. Construction experience is strongly preferred. ESOP and M&A experience will get our attention. CPA or MBA? Great. But we're not hiring a collection of credentials. We're hiring the person who knows what to do with them. One last question. Bobbitt has been building in the Carolinas for 80 years. We're proud of where we've been. But this role isn't about protecting the past. It's about helping determine what we build next.
