Job Overview

Express Employment is hiring  full-time Machine Operators to work at a client site dealing with lumber in their manufacturing and saw operations. These positions are part of the company’s production/warehouse team, where you will operate machinery, assemble products, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate  power saws, air nail guns, staplers, and other woodworking tools to prepare and assemble door components 
• Maintain and troubleshoot  assembly line equipment in the warehouse
• Load, unload, store, and package production materials as needed
• Monitor  quality assurance throughout the production process 
• Maintain a  clean, safe, and organized work area ; follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform  forklift training, certification, and operation for material handling.
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED 
• Ability to read and follow  simple instructions and written correspondence 
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out  one- or two-step tasks with minimal supervision 
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds periodically 
• Willingness to work in a  fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
